Yoga was found to be better than other types of exercise for vasomotor symptoms in menopausal women such as hot flashes and night sweats and was better than no treatment at reducing total menopause symptoms, anxiety related to symptoms, hot flashes and night sweats, and vaginal dryness, says a study published December 6, 2017 in Maturitas.
